Group classes, private sessions, and outdoor flows designed to bring you back home to yourself.
I believe movement is medicine — a doorway into deeper awareness, resilience, and inner calm. Through intentional sequencing, breathwork, and presence, each class is an invitation to reconnect with your body and soften into yourself.
I teach with warmth, intuition, and adaptability — creating space for both strength and stillness. Whether we're flowing in studio or practicing outdoors by the water, your experience is always honored and supported.
"The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness."

Absolutely — and you're so welcome. Every class has modifications for all levels, and I always offer options so you can work at your own pace. If you'd feel more comfortable starting with a private session first, that's a great option too.
Just yourself, water, and a yoga mat if you have one. Soulbody has mats, blocks, and straps available. For beach classes, bring a towel and sunscreen too. Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
You can book directly through the schedule on this site. Click on any class to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are also welcome when space allows, but booking ahead guarantees your spot — especially for popular morning flows and weekend classes.
We start with a conversation about where you are physically and what you're hoping to get from the session. Then I build a practice just for you — it might include movement, breathwork, meditation, or a combination. Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes and can be indoor or outdoor.
The 10-class pack is valid for 3 months from purchase. If you need a little extra time, just reach out — I'm flexible and want to make sure you get the full value of your investment.
If weather cancels a beach or outdoor class, I'll notify you by email or text at least 2 hours before class time. Depending on the situation, we may move the class indoors or reschedule. Your booking is always honored.
Yes — just cancel at least 4 hours before class and your spot (or class pack credit) will be returned. Life happens, and I want this to feel easy, not stressful.
Jessica's classes feel like a sanctuary. She has this gift of making everyone feel seen and supported, no matter where they are in their practice.
I came for the workout and stayed for the peace. Her vinyasa classes are challenging but never intimidating. The outdoor sessions are magical.
The private sessions changed my recovery journey. Jessica tailored everything to my needs and I've never felt stronger or more at ease in my body.
